We first had Sharp-Long replace our furnace and air conditioning system in our Lee’s Summit, MO house back 2010. We had a maintenance contract with them since then. We bought and moved to another house in Lone Jack, MO and continued our maintenance contract with S-L. At the last two service calls, the service tech noticed slightly elevated CO2 levels (not enough to be dangerous, yet) and that a fan motor was drawing too many amps (meaning it was going to fail). A member of their sales team came out and presented three different proposals. We opted for the middle one. Four days later an installation team came out and replaced the entire heating and air conditioning system in one day. The techs were very friendly and professional and went about their work very efficiently. They were very protective of our walls, floors and carpeting. We were very pleased with the work they did and the clean-up afterwards was better than expected. We will certainly continue having Sharp Long monitor and service our new system. Thanks guys!

They put in a new furnace & AC 13 years ago for us and they come out each summer and fall to do a maintenance check. They are always on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Very reasonably on the cost. Great company that stands behind their work.

We are so grateful to have Sharp-Long as our only HVAC company. We have a maintenance package with them in which they come to check our air conditioner and furnace every year. All the technicians they have are wonderful. This week, Joe came and performed our maintenance. He has excellent customer service skills. He is so professional and so skilled. I have nothing but good things to share about this company! Shawn has been to my house twice this year and he’s been professional, responsive to all my questions and punctual. The service is actually pretty incredible and I’ve never had the feeling I’m being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I sent a message for service through their website at 2 a.m., the office called me back at 8:30 a.m. and by 1:00 p.m. my air conditioner was back in service, and on a 91 degree day so yay! In the not-so-distant future, I’ll need to replace my HVAC and I’ll definitely be using Sharp-Long. My only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner.

I have only high praise for this company. I started using them for my semi annual A/C and furnace checks several years ago. Then, when I needed a new A/C, they provided me with options; competitive pricing. When I had a recent issue, shortly after the annual servicing, they returned and took care of what turned out to be a minor issue, on the SAME day I called. On top of that, they didn’t charge me a service call since the resolution was quick and easy. Their technicians are knowledgable, professional and courteous.

Called on Saturday had new heating and cooling installed by Tuesday by two of the best installers ever Brent & Justin they were very fast , polite and friendly work was done well as promised rated 5 stars would have rated guys and company higher if possible.

We had a new hot water heater installed and regular maintenance on air conditioner. The technician was prompt and extremely professional. He kept me informed of everything he was doing. I had many questions and he was very patient. I have used this company since 1993 and have always been extremely pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

These gentlemen are highly impressive. The first gentleman to come assess the situation was very informative. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and what we should expect when the repair/replacement would occur. They were prompt in getting us an appointment quickly, knowing the need we had as well as the issues they had found from the previous company, who for obvious reasons is no longer in business. When the installers came, they were exceedingly professional and polite. They did their best to keep the home clean despite the messy job they had ahead of them. The unit is working perfectly and had the house comfortable in a matter of a couple hours. And it is so quiet! WE are in love with our new HVAC and could not be happier with the product and the people.
